InvoiceFree provides tools to draft, format, preview, and download billing documents such as invoices, quotes, estimates, and receipts. The Service operates strictly on client-side code running inside your web browser.
3. Not Tax, Legal, or Accounting Advice
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Content, templates, and tax rate input fields on this website are not financial, legal, or tax advice. Sales tax regulations, taxability of services, and nexus rules vary by city, county, state, and country. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your invoices comply with all applicable local, state, and federal tax laws, licensing requirements, and business regulations.
4. User Responsibilities & Data Backup
Because InvoiceFree does not maintain a server-side database of your invoices, you are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your financial records. You should always retain copies of downloaded PDF invoices and use the built-in JSON export feature to back up your invoice history regularly.
We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from cleared browser caches, hardware failure, operating system updates, or storage quota limits.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every legacy browser version.
